This is a premium, framed canvas print adapted from my original two-colour RISO print on Paperwise Natural paper. My RISO prints to a maximum of A3, so making prints for larger art is the next best thing!

This piece was inspired by 'Indian Textile Prints' from The Pepin Press - ISBN : 978-90-5768-009-0.
My original design was linocut and printed on paper. My RISO machine has a built-in flatbed scanner. I scanned the linocut and used this to print via the RISO to create a fusion of printmaking techniques. I incorporated a half-tone layer which, now enlarged onto canvas, allows some of the grain of the original paper fibre to shine through.

My canvas designs are directly printed onto the canvas using HP Latex printers with Latex inks. Inks are pigmented and water-based. The inks are non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-flammable inks that reduce a variety of environmental, health, and safety concerns. Inks are UL certified, GREENGUARD GOLD based on the high air quality standards used for hospitals and schools.
